Depending on the current prices, this could be a great deal. I don't use the chatpad as often as I thought I would, but the spare headeset is great. The game isn't bad, but with the live card, the rest is practically free! Of course, I use the live card all the time.

Well if you were gonna pay just for the 12-month subscription that just $49.99 and this whole much incluiding the awesome keyboard + headset + an ok game. Thats pretty good if you ask me! Awesome buy! I just wish they would make other bundles with better games.

For the price you can't beet it. Got it for $15 more than just 12months would cost. Also the keypad and headset both together are worth $15 alone. The game I couldn't care about as i already own a copy. Pick them up now while they still have them as once the price of live increases to $60 then you'll not get this at this price any more.

First off I believe online play should be free for the XBOX 360 but we know Microsoft loves that money. Though it cost this is the best possible thing you can get. 12 Months of online play, a chatpad (think of it like texting) that sends private messages to users/friends, and a headset for in-game communication. PGR4 is included which isn't as good as Project Gotham Racing 3 but it has a lot more cars and they added motorcycles and weather effects. The only things I dislike about online play is I wish you could write messages on screen with the chatpad to everyone while playing a game & the headset is a little flimsy and fairly breakable. Otherwise great deal ;).
